We are small, senior, and we build things that go live in enterprise Workday tenants. Extend applications, marketplace products, and AI agents for HR technology teams. If going deeper into the technology is the career you want, rather than away from it, we are probably a good fit.

The Extend work we do does not only land inside a customer's tenant. It ends up on stage at DevCon, in the playbooks we publish, and in sessions where we show how something was actually built, including the parts that were awkward.
That matters if you are choosing where to work. It means your work is visible, you are credited for it by name, and you are expected to have an opinion about how the platform should be used rather than only closing tickets.
