Why we built this

We kept seeing the same problem on every engagement. The HR team wanted 360 feedback that fit the way they actually run their cycles, and they had three options, none of them good.

Standard Workday 360 is rigid. It does the basics, but anonymous feedback, nomination workflows, and cycle re-use never quite land. Custom Extend builds work, but they take months and burn capacity HRIS teams do not have. External 360 tools sit outside Workday and create the data, security, and adoption problems that those teams spend their year fighting.

So we built one. Native to Workday, configurable in days, and designed by the people who lived the pain.
