Organizations on Workday cannot run a serious 360 program with what they have. Native Workday feedback does the basics, but there are no reusable templates, no structured rater groups, no enforced anonymity, no mass launch, and no AI. The cost is hidden in the HR admin hours spent on every cycle.
The alternatives are not better.
