No external data flow, no parallel tooling.

Replaced a monthly chain of CSVs, spreadsheets, and email with an Extend app that imports transport-provider files, applies German subsidy rules, handles LOA and mid-month exceptions, and exports a LODAS-correct payroll file split by PersNr range. Six-year and fourteen-year retention is enforced by the system, not by a specialist.
