Why we built this

Regulated workforces run on credits. Pharma reps need a specific number of CE hours each year, financial advisors carry licenses with annual training requirements, lawyers have CLE obligations that vary by jurisdiction. The penalty for getting it wrong is not a missed dashboard, it is a regulator visit.

Standard Workday learning records that a course was completed. It does not natively track credit hours against external regulatory bodies, manage license expiry windows, or generate the audit packs regulators ask for. So HR ops teams build the system in Excel and spend their year reconciling.
