Why we built this
Every HRIS team we worked with had the same problem in goal season. Managers stared at blank fields, employees copied last year or went online and asked ChatGPT, and HR ended up chasing 200 people for an extra week.
Standard Workday goal management does the basics, but it leaves the hardest part to the human, writing a goal that is specific, measurable, and tied to the business. External performance tools sit outside Workday and create the usual data and security problems. Custom Extend builds take months.
So we built one. Native to Workday, AI-assisted where it helps, and designed by people who lived through twenty goal cycles.

No. The AI drafts a starting point from the employee's intent. The employee or manager edits and approves. Nothing is published without a human.
Choose between your own LLM and Workday's AI Gateway. No data leaves your boundary.
Most customers are configured and running their first cycle within six to eight weeks.
No. The app is Built on Workday and runs on the Extend platform, but you do not need to purchase the Extend SKU. If you have an Extend SKU it will not count towards your app slots.
Yes. AI prompts, your strategy at org or supervisory-org level, and the LLM choice are all configurable by your HRBP or HRIS team in the tenant.
