03How it works in practice
When the right answer is a mix of innovation and core Workday work, we run it as one engagement, not two contracts.
The first call is with one of our managing partners. If the work fits Incubane, we run it. If it sits better with VirtualResource, we say so up front and bring them into the conversation.
For mixed engagements (for example, an HCM implementation with an Extend app for a missing workflow), both teams scope together. You get one timeline, one set of decisions, one accountable contact.
Procurement-friendly. The contract sits with whichever firm leads delivery, with a clean subcontracting model when both teams are in the room.
