Global pharmaceutical leader with 55,000+ employees in 70+ countries. The performance team wanted AI-supported goal setting at scale, with the AI inference running through the company's own LLM endpoint inside Workday. No data could leave the tenant.

01Scope

AI Powered Goal Management deployed end to end.

Our AI Powered Goal Management app, configured to the client's role families and priority cascade. Integrated with their enterprise LLM endpoint via the Workday AI gateway, so every prompt runs governed by their tenant policies.

Co-designed the goal-quality framework with the performance team: SMART checks, bias and language prompts, parent-priority cascade enforcement.

Employees draft sharper goals on the first try, managers spend their review time on the goals that need real input rather than on chasing 200 people. Workday-native foundation for the next wave of AI use cases.
