Apply for this roleWe are hiring a cohort of Junior Developers who will start together on 1 October and go through a structured onboarding and enablement programme as a group. You will develop applications on the Workday platform for global corporate clients in an IT consulting model. The work is diverse and cloud-native: Workday Extend, AWS, JavaScript, and AI agent workflows. Applications you developed might be used by 1000s of people!
This is a pure development role. We will provide end to end training in house in the first 3 months.
No prior Workday experience is required. We will teach you the platform.

Recruitment process

What we need from you
- Third-year students (able to commit to full-time hours) and recent graduates are equally welcome
- Foundational programming skills, ideally including JavaScript or Java
- Interest in cloud platforms, APIs, and integration work
- English Level B2+ - our clients and documentation are English-language
- Available to start on 1 October with the incoming Junior cohort
- Able to work hybrid from our Warsaw office (Rondo Daszynskiego), 3 days per week
Nice to have
- experience with IT Consulting
- experience building enterprise software
- Familiarity with Anthropic's tooling or experience building with large language model APIs in a production context
- GIT, JIRA experience
