Workday Extend & Agent Project Manager
Incubane is hiring a Project Manager to lead Workday Extend and AI agent engagements for enterprise customers, end to end from scoping through delivery.

You will own delivery for Incubane's most complex client engagements. That means running Workday Extend development projects and AI agent initiatives from the first scoping conversation through go-live and handover. You work directly with HRIS leaders, Workday architects, and product owners at enterprise companies, so vague status updates and generic project plans do not fly here.
On the delivery side, you plan and track work, manage risk early, and keep senior stakeholders aligned without drowning them in detail. You work alongside Incubane's senior developers and architects, contributing to solution design, challenging assumptions, and making sure what we build actually gets adopted.
We are actively building our AI agent practice for HRIS teams. You will be expected to think seriously about how AI and agents change what our clients can do, and also how they change how we work internally. Curiosity about that is not optional.
In your first year, a good outcome looks like this: you have led at least one full Extend engagement end to end, you have a clear view of where our delivery process can be sharper, and you have started bringing ideas on AI tools or agents that make the team faster or better. You will be based in the Netherlands or Poland, working in a hybrid setup.
What we need from you
- Proven experience managing large, complex software or systems implementation projects end to end, from scoping through go-live
- Direct experience working in or around Workday, enough to hold a technical conversation with a Workday architect without preparation
- Ability to work with senior client stakeholders (HRIS leaders, HR technology strategy leads) and translate between their priorities and a development team's backlog
- Experience contributing to solution design, not just tracking delivery against a plan someone else made
- Strong written and spoken English; you are client-facing from day one
- Based in the Netherlands or Poland, eligible to work there without sponsorship
- Comfortable working in a small, distributed team where there is no large PMO behind you
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, either in a delivery or governance role
- Exposure to AI agent tooling or automation projects in an HR or HRIS context
- Background in a boutique or specialist consultancy where you worked across multiple clients simultaneously
