Why we built this
Clarity4D's four colour model is one of the clearest ways to understand how people communicate. Red is direct and action-orientated, yellow is sociable and enthusiastic, green is supportive and steady, blue is analytical and precise. Once a team knows its colours, the way people talk to each other changes. Clearer communication, stronger relationships, better results.
The limit was always reach. Profiling like this usually lives in a one-off workshop for a small group, and the insight fades once the session ends. Most workers never get it at all.
