Set it up in 5 steps
Download the zips
At least rising-return. Each zip holds the skill, its references and the MIT license.
Turn on skills in Claude
In Settings, then Capabilities, turn on Skills, and code execution so the photo sorter can run.
Upload each zip as a skill
Claude picks the right one from what you ask.
Optional: a Rising project
Create a Project called "Rising 2026" and add your notes there, so every chat has them.
Start
"I was at Workday Rising. Here are my slide photos." Attach them, answer two short questions, and Claude does the rest.
Good to know
- No code execution, because your company switched it off? The skill still works: Claude sorts by the title slides and the session times instead of the script, one day at a time.
- Your photos go to Claude under your own plan's terms. Check that your company allows Claude for conference material; personal plans are often not allowed for work.
- The skills follow the same rules as the Studio: no invented Workday facts, verify flags, evidence on every insight. Owners are roles, and the only names are the people you met, never in the leadership email.
- Everything is open under the MIT license: the skills, the prompts and schemas.
What changed
1.4.0 (2026-10-02)
- New name: the Rising Return Kit is now the Rising Recap Agent. The skill ids stay the same, so nothing changes in Claude.
1.3.0 (2026-10-02)
- rising-return: slide titles are kept, and now and then the report rebuilds one photographed slide per session from its own words, for the field guide.
1.2.0 (2026-10-02)
- rising-return: every photo counts. Photos with no session, from another day, or of a whiteboard, a poster or a booth screen are read and grouped by topic instead of left out. The report uses every slide fact and note, puts what the team photographed or wrote first, and quotes the slide.
1.1.0 (2026-09-30)
- rising-capture: people you meet (conversation, braindate, booth: name, company, role, what you talked about, next steps), a list of sessions you want the detailed summary of, and a capture file the Studio can read.
- rising-return: asks about the people you met, puts them in the report as
contactswithcontactNotes, and lists people and follow-ups in the markdown report. Names never go in the leadership email.
1.0.0 (2026-09-28)
- rising-return: intake, photo sorting with
scripts/match_photos.py(JPEG and HEIC, home time, duplicates, blur), extraction and synthesis with the same prompts and schemas as the web Studio, markdown and JSON output that opens in the Return App. - rising-capture: one line per session, follow-ups, daily reset.
- rising-prep: preview of agenda and team coverage planning.
