How it works

From camera roll to a plan, in about an hour.

Incubane AI does the reading for you. Or you use your own AI tool and turn sync off, and no content reaches Incubane.

  1. Plan for Rising

Sign in with your work email, then say how you follow Rising, your role, the products you run and what you came for: up to 5 questions, topics or decisions. You get a plan per question with the sessions, braindates and booths worth your time.

  2. At Rising

Four big buttons on your phone: take a photo, write a note, add a person (a badge scan or a name) and a daily recap. One scan of the QR code on your laptop puts the kit on your phone. What you add on one device shows up on the other, encrypted on the way.

  3. Post Rising

Four steps. Check what came in from your plan and At Rising. Sessions: photos land in their sessions on a day timeline, duplicates stack behind the sharpest shot and blurry ones go aside. Write: Incubane AI reads your photos and notes, asks you a few questions about your team, then writes the report. Report: it opens.

12 slide photos, straight from a camera roll.

  4. Learn, Act, Brief

Your report opens on three outputs, in the order you finish them. Learn is the field guide for the HRIS team: check the facts there first. Act is the action plan: pick an owner for each action, split it into tasks, then send it to Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps or Planner. Brief is one page for your leaders, with what the plan costs and what it needs from IT. You can edit any line in place.

Went as a team?

One person starts the team in Post Rising and adds colleagues by work email. Each colleague gets an invite and decides: join or decline. When they join, their photos and notes go to the lead, end to end encrypted. The people they met stay with them unless they turn that on, and they can pause sharing at any time. The lead writes one report with everyone's sessions in it.

Prefer your own AI tool? Turn sync off and pick "Use my own AI tool instead" in the Write step. The kit makes the batches and the prompts; you paste them into your tool and paste the replies back. Messy replies are fine.

How long it takes

For 120 sharp photos from 12 sessions:

AI toolPhotos per roundEstimate
Incubane AI10About 6 minutes for the photos, then two to four minutes for the report.
Microsoft 365 Copilot10About 13 rounds in Microsoft 365 Copilot, 52 to 91 minutes.
ChatGPT10About 13 rounds in ChatGPT, 39 to 65 minutes.
Claude20About 7 rounds in Claude, 21 to 35 minutes.
Another AI tool10About 13 rounds in Another AI tool, 52 to 91 minutes.

In a hurry? The fast path sends only your best photo per session and gets you a one pager in one or two rounds. Photo counts per round are our defaults, not limits of the tools.

Questions

Is this a Workday product?

No. It is a free community tool by Incubane. Incubane is a Workday partner; the kit is not endorsed by Workday. Check anything you plan to act on with your account team; the report tells you what to check.

My phone was on home time.

The kit notices when your photos fall outside the sessions but fit them with a whole-hour shift, and asks you. For all photos, or only one batch.

Some photos have no time.

They still go into your report. The AI reads them and names what they are about, and they show up in Learn under that name. If you know the session, open one and pick it. Photos sent through some chat apps lose their time, so pick the originals from your camera roll when you can.

Copilot cut off my reply.

Paste what you have. The kit keeps every valid part and gives you a short fix request to paste back into the same chat.

Can I do this without photos?

Yes. Say you followed Rising online, or not at all, in your plan, then add the sessions you watched and your notes. The report is written from those.

Where is my report stored?

In this browser, on this device. Download the report file to keep it or move it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free Incubane account, so your plan, notes and photos are yours on your phone and your laptop. No password: we email you a code. With your own AI tool the account only signs you in; your content does not reach Incubane.

Is there a limit?

Yes, a daily allowance per person that covers several full reports. It is smaller on the day you make your account. On a very busy day AI help can be full for everyone; your work stays saved. Your own AI tool has no limit from us.
